Mark Kirk Running On Someone Else's Record: High-Speed Rail Edition

Mark Kirk's touting high-speed rail as part of his Senate campaign. He even went to China to play on one of their trains and talk about how high-speed rail is coming to the U.S.. Funny, Kirk never liked high-speed rail before. He voted against it last summer.

It also seems odd to me that Kirk doesn't see a problem with all of Europe and China having high speed rail before we do.
